Verzasca Foto Festival 2025 will take place from the 3th til the 7th of September primarily in the upper Verzasca Valley (Switzerland), especially around the charming village of Sonogno.

Charming stone villages, nestled among quiet mountains and embraced by lush nature, host our activities. These are places where time slows down, where you can lose yourself in green and find yourself far from the noise of everyday life. An invitation to stillness, to simple beauty, to genuine encounters.

All festival guests will be staying together at Casa Sant’Angelo, a beautifully located mountain lodge in Sonogno that will be our shared home throughout the festival main days.

Our food is healthy, local and we offer vegetarian options. Our shared 6-bed rooms are comfortable and cozy, each with a private bathroom. Designed to foster connection, they offer a true mountain lodge experience, where conversation and shared moments are part of the journey.

Includes 4 nights of accommodation , all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and community moments (openings, concerts, talks, nature walks).

2. Single night stay

For those who join part of the week. Includes 1 night of accommodation, all meals for 1 day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and community moments (openings, concerts, talks, nature walks).

How to reach us

By train

Take a train to Tenero and then the bus n° 321 to Sonogno. The bus station is right in front of the train station of Tenero.

By plane

Fly to Milan Malpensa Airport, Italy (about 135 km away) or Zurich Airport, Switzerland (230 km away). From the airport take a train to Tenero and then the bus n° 321 to Sonogno.

By car
